Goal
A teacher needs to be able to purchase, activate, and set up students all in one step if they choose too.
Audience
A teacher who has not purchased the Foundations homeschool curriculum and also has not created a Ramsey account.
Challenge
Make a seemingly lengthy process feel seamless and simple.
User Flow
The user flow helped us know exactly how many steps were being taken in this process and helped us wrap our head around the screen count.
Before getting too far into the flow, there was an opportunity to set expectations of what's to come. With there being so many steps involved (some out of our control), we felt it would be helpful to set the scene.

After users get through the payment and activation screens, we wanted to encourage them to set up their students. It's not required but is recommended.
We found that without prompt, users would fall off at this point and leave their dashboards unused for lengths of time.
Once a user creates a student profile, they're able to enroll in their purchased courses immediately. For each course, the number of enrolled students is provided as a reminder of how many are currently enrolled.
